Just spoke to Circuit Days the same costs still apply if any damage is done to the track, armco etc.
It doesn't apply on any other track event that Circuit Days organise including Spa only applies to the Ring.

oh what joy......

Seems to be a law unto itself, maybe if people voted with their feet especially the Brits things might change. I know fat chance really.
