I will be there - Croft is a very demanding track, with slow tight corners and a very, VERY fast back loop..

A big thank you to everyone. Great turn out, nice Audi's lapping quickly and plenty in the car park too. Lots of folks to talk to all day as well. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

A great credit to the site

We're off to the ring next, then Santa Pod, then Audi Driver International.

from a spectators point of view
was mint watching the S & RS4's-- All B5's -- whip some of the more specilised kit
some cars out there were built for track purposes only and to see our boys keep up and in some cases pass on an undulating track was quite a thrill!!
S4's looked just as potent as the RS4's and there was light under the drivers side back corner on most coming through redgate .
thanks for me stickers dave and nice to put some faces to names from round here.
will load up some pics when i have the chance.
interesting to see how much quicker acceleration was towards the entrance to the craners,, so much so that a touch of the brakes was always needed half way down where as
some of the slower cars could keep there foot in it verually all the way to the old hairpin.
thanks for organising dave and hope to see you all again at another..

Great day as always with RS246...had a moment when my front nearside wheel was coming off.....I blame the refurbed wheels paint getting soft....!

Looking forward to the video with. apparently, my brakes glowing red hot !

Thanks to David for organising and having the courage to come out on a passenger lap with me !!!!

Good to see ya'll... A very nice collection of cars indeed; Doug's silencers were truly award winners, they should have allowed it to run, purely on grounds of initiative.

Was Doug not allowed on even with the silencers? I've seen extensions like that used at Goodwood or Castle Coombe I'm sure.

Great day guys. Thanks again to David for organising it. Great to meet everyone. Had a great time on track and was surprised as to how well the RS4 coped. Power and grip wins at Donny so suited the RS4 well. The S4's on track were just as fast as the RS4's too but I think all of them were big power ones.

Looking forward to coming to another track day soon.

THANKS to DavidT for his hospitality taking me around the track in his S4. It certainly made my day thats for sure having gone to Stonleigh in the morning. Thanks also to Olie for copying me the video of my go so thanks in advance Olie.

Also a big thanks to MRC for their open day with the S2forum, Doug gave me a few minutes of his time to look at my girlfriends RS4 and find out why it was stuttering under acceleration... turns out one of the diverter valves was knackered so both where changed then I went for a health check drive with laptop engaged interogating the cars brain for codes and to check all was well... it has a slight hesitation coming on boost so perhaps the fuel filter in the tank needs removing. It has done 95k miles now. Thanks also the Stephanie for organising the BBQ and also to chat with fellow S and RS series owners and put a few names to faces as well.

Thanks for a great day both at the track and at Banbury.
