Yes, cheers John - well done

Only bad point for me was now I want more power! Cant have these 300 bhp Golfs and S3s driving past me when I am in 4th gear flat out!

Also noticed Revo Low boost 9 compared to High Boost 6 does actually make a noticeable difference to the cars speed on the road/track

Nice one

Sounds like it was a good one. Really pi$$ed off i could not make it, i'm still up to my arse in boxes & furniture. One decision got the green light though, i never ever have to move again if i don't want to, so this should be the last wasted set of weekends for a long long time.

Hope there is another similar event real soon, although me & the RS6 will defo be attending the Northern Meet tomorrow night (Monday)

Just to say how much I enjoyed the day too, although I was completely knackered by the time I got home at about 11.15pm: the M1 was dispatched fairly rapidly.
Some impressive cars there and some good driving skills too!
The wiring to my rear light cluster is knackered -I replaced the bulb holder and all the bulbs and it still doesn't work, so going to have to get my soldering iron out I think, urgh. Also got to keep an eye out for whether I've caused the car to spring an oil leak: it was certainly burning oil on 7200rpm gear changes. Hope it's not the turbo on the way out (although if it is I suppose it's a good enough excuse to get a bigger one!!).

Great to meet Lee there at last: his 365mm AP 6-pot brake conversion was extremely effective!

My two front wheel centre caps seem to have fallen off the car, and my cd player has packed up, so all in all a good day!

Guys, thanks very much for all your feedback, I'm glad you all enjoyed the day as much as I did. I had a call from the people at Bedford today. I gave them all our feedback - they apologised about the 'disappearance' of the Marshalls and I also pointed out that we were pulled off the track before we could do a final lap to cool the brakes down - there will be no problem next time we go there.

Soon they will be sending me the details for the next available dates for the coming few months. I'm more than willing to organise the next one, as long as we definitely have a committed list - this one cost me quite a bit! We need a minimum of 25 people which will bring us to a price of £125.50 per car. Any additional people will of course reduce the price.

I'll let you know as soon as I receive the dates.

Thanks again

John
