Ok cool, that was the number she said to use as it will ring them all just in case one of them is away from their desk.

If you keep having trouble it may be worth just ringing the number on their website. You do go on hold and have to listen to that crappy waiting music though.

Was hoping to be able to make it along again this year (with at least one of the cars) but can't do the Saturday, unfortunately.

No worries. You coming to AITP 10? Would like to see the wide body S4 in the flesh.

Still undecided on AITP, to be honest. Took the S4 the past couple of years, so if I do go then I may bring one of the others instead.
Boxhill may be another opportunity to see the S4, though.

Are you 100% coming, even if it is not in the Audi? I can add you to the list, which actually gets us to the magic number of 12 cars!

Blimey... Still trying to buy tickets.

Spoke to a lady who seemed helpful enough but then suggested I contact Duncan and ask him to pay on my behalf... Then I said that that was not the method we had all been told...

She then said she would check and get back to me... That was on the 26th.

Phoned on the 27th... Still checking...

Phoned today... No answer.


Has anyone else had any luck. Any hints or tips that may help. This is painful!

Oki doki.

Tickets purchased. 1 for the RS4 and 1 for the R8. Yippee.

For anyone thinking it was £15 per car and this could include up to 3 people ... like i did (MORON). It isn't. It's £15 per person, and you can only buy 3 tickets per car...


Lastly, i nearly paid £20 for a "demonstrator" ticket ... unsure what this entails, but i made it clear that i was only intending on parking up!

I did let her know say each member was paying for themselves and she said it was fine and just to quote my name as they have a list of the cars.

I am still waiting to hear back from the organiser about the set-up though and if we have got a pitch as well re, her previous response.

I get the feeling they are not the most organised people in the world.

I'll ping her another email detailing what you have said and see if I get a reply. Unfortunately I am fairly busy with work at the moment so can't be chasing her everyday to get the answers but I am trying my best to get as much information on here as possible.

Got a reply from the organisers about the trouble people were having paying and what the deal is with getting the pitch. This is the response I got:

Hi Duncan ,

Hope you’re ok,

I think it shall be ok, however I have to confirm when everyone has paid.

Deadline was the 29th June 2018.

Could you get everyone to pay asap

Sometimes the responses make me want to cry.

Can anyone who is on the list that hasn't paid please get your tickets as soon as possible. I have no way of knowing who has & hasn't paid from the list, barring the people that have stated on here, so I am in the dark to how many people have actually got tickets.

If there are any other specific questions you need answers to put them on here and I will send her another email with them on.
