Does anyone have a video repair tool?

One of the passenger reaction videos is corrupt, i found a trial version of a tool that can repair it and it plays perfect, but it'll only let me save half of it.

Cut the video in half and do it twice and them splice them together

Thanks for the suggestion, but then i'll have two quarter length segments besides no other program will open it because of the corruptness

Can you change the MOV files metadata so that it *thinks* it's twice as long as it really is, then when you save the file it'll save the 1st half (your whole vid) and not the 2nd half (the remaining fake metadata)?
