There's a bit on the Rebellion Facebook page, it's basically a drive across central London, starting at 6pm in Southall in the west and driving to the Barking in the east -

I can... Driving from Southall to Barking (from one sh*t hole to another). It's hardly the most glamourous 2 locations in London is it? I wouldn't be surprised if when they all roll up into Barking there is a gang to mass car-jack the lot of them!
