There is a similar meet going on with the Piston Heads crew in october and though i'd jump on the 'bright ideas' band wagon.
Event 2 (Xmas would be a good time for this one): Following the racing an Xmas dinner and a drink (coca cola for drivers
) / Carvery and a drink at a local pub type establishment. The prices for the racing are numbers dependant and i have them here:

11 - 20 Drivers

As for dates, for an Xmas booking i'd imagine we'll need to book up quickly. I'd be looking at either weekend 11th or 18th of Dec (sat or sun depending on popularity). Other dates will depend on availabilty.
