Stayed there before the last one. It really was lovely having Optimax on hand so close by. Guy behind the counter at the travelodge did remind me of Norman Bates though [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Anybody know how much money i will need for fuel?

So far my costs equal=

£80 for driver, £35 for passenger
£100 for two helmets (maybe one if Andy lends me one) [img]images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
£25 for Jr box of millers (not sure of exact cost)
£50 for snacks and munchies during travel

Fuel ??? I will fill up from home so will have over half tank when i arrive.

Anybody coming up M1 route then across to Manchester (snakepass/woodhead)

Riz, I think you need to engage brain before fingers....

Helmets are £50, of which £40 is deposit IIRC.

A box of Millers is not part of the cost of the track day. If you are not running Millers already, adding millers on the day is probably worthless.

£50 on munchies... Money isn't an issue then!!

Fuel - Assume 3 tanks including there and back, that should be plenty.

3 BLOODY TANKS, the last outing to CC showed a return of some 38mpg......done the whole round trip some 350 miles + track miles on 1 tankfull.
