Northern Rolling Road Day - Dyno Demon - Sat 4th October

Ok peeps, I've booked DynoDemon for Saturday October 4th.

As with the Surrey Rolling Road, Dyno Demon also use a Dyno Dynamics machine, so hopefully figures may just about be comparable across the two Rolling Road days being organised.
Nothing like a bit of healthy competition.

We've had more than 15 people initally show interest, so now it's time to see how many are going to make it happen!

Think once we've got 8+ confirmed i'll start taking deposits if that's ok with people?

A bit more detail about the day...

We can start as early as 9am, but think we'll maybe aim for a more sociable 9:30-10am start to give people a chance to travel over.

Each car will be given 3 back to back runs and a laminated sheet will be printed showing the results for the best of the three runs.

They said that not only will we get a Torque and Power graph showing calculated crank figures, but also an AFR and Boost graph showing 'road power' (at the wheels).

They have a projector screen so everyone can see the graphs being created whilst a car is running and can also film the cars for no extra cost as a lovely momento of the glorious occasion.

They said they could run through the cars fairly quickly, so we could be finished up for a late lunch depending on numbers (and start time).

Off Topic a little, but I was just looking to find a decent pub for us to grab some grub after the Rolling Road and came across a pub review site - http://www.bestpubs.co.uk/comments.asp?a=366
I vote we go to the Pensby Hotel (read the review from 18th August)!
