Can there be anything done for the owner from back in 2006?

I am sure it's all sorted for him one way or other, I contacted the owner to ask how it was resolved.
If he got it back chances are he didn't tell the next owner it had been stolen.
It had definitely gone for 2 days judging by the thread.

A specialist recalls that the car had money no object rectification work chucked at it when it was recovered so I think he got it back but not sure how much damage.

This came out of a chance conversation with someone at VW Audi track day who'd been told it could have been the one of 2 in that colour combo (green/silver) that was stolen from Beaconsfield, a quick google and it tied it all together.

So out of 19 on autotrader, 2 have been stolen & recovered but are HPI clear

I pass this car on my way to work, caught my eye you don't see many RS4's around in green

This has now gone off sale
Wonder if it's been traded on because they have spotted web traffic from the forums, followed it back and found the story which doesn't look good for them or whether it's gone and the new owner will be on here (or the other place) soon?
