High mileage RS4's

Hi, I'm new to this particular forum, I'm over in NZ. Given we have a limited number of RS4's here (apx 35 I think) some of them are obviously gettingup there in the kms - 180,000kms (112,000 miles) ish. I'm thinking of buying one with these sort of miles on the clock. By all accounts it has been fully serviced, 3 cam belts done, generally well looked after. Does anyone have any experience with higher mileage RS4'S as to how far they will go before getting worryingly expensive to keep on the road. Any advice appreciated.
Cheers

Mine has 115k on the clock. Runs like a dream.
I would say that the key area to invest is suspension (top and bottom links) and fit the B7 brakes.
Check the rear subframe for cracks.
Otherwise, I would say they are pretty bullet proof.

Just done 1,000 miles in mine, in two days, taking it to 109k on the clock. What a place to be, for over 10 hours a day....

My brother has one in NZ that has done around 140k Km never missed a beat other than a minor air leak and usual things like brakes the suspension bushes etc.
Has been a very strong car for him in the 7 years he has owned it.

Had taken me 365 days to cover just 5 times that mileage! Year today, yahoo, done pretty much exactly 5k.

Looks like he would rather sell a kidney than let the RS go.

A 100k km is nothing for these cars!
You will love it.
