RS4 B7/B5 Braided Brake Hose

Post by PTO » Thu Sep 09, 2010 12:11 am

Hi RS246,

I wonder if I can draw on your knowledge base pool, so help is what I need.

I am upgrading my wife's B5 RS4 with new B7 calipers and discs at the front and B5 Clubsport drilled discs at the rear.

Can anyone advise me on braided hoses and the bleeding procedure.

I need to understand things like what type of hoses I need for this set up front and rear etc.

Thanks in advance.

Hi PTO

Give my workshop manager a call at Revolution on Monday and he will advise.

Maybe have to get Goodridge to make us a line kit with B5 on one end and B7 on the other - who knows but we should be able to sort you out.

I used the b7 lines on my b5, I guess, like RS4KID told, you must order b7 lines.
