Guys I'm new to writing on this forum although I've been reading for a few months, I have a B5 RS4, had it for a few months and love it, and wonder if anyone could help me with a couple of things.
First, anyone know of a decent garage for these cars in London / SE? I know MRC for tuning, but what about just general servicing?
Second one, I have lost my locking wheel nut key, god knows where it has got to, and Audi say they don't do replacement keys or even a spare set of nuts + key for this car. Anyone know where I could get hold of a set of nuts + key?
any help much appreciated
Jimmy

Hi mate, and welcome...
Locking wheel nuts and keys are easy to find, in ebay. The trouble you'll have is getting the old ones orff! I would imagine the locking nut will need burning off at a workshop. Any decent garage/MoT testing station should be able to help so long as they have a torch. Had to have it done myself once on and old pick up. Best not think about it...
There are some similar designs out there but unless you can find someone with the same design locker you'll be stuffed. Perhaps post a pick of it here? Maybe someone on here has the same one? It's a long shot I know but, stranger things have happened...
Can't help re garage in London I'm afraid, not my neck of the woods.
Get some pics of the car up along with it's Specs - a you must know from lurking, it's the LAW !!

get the aa or rac if you are member to remove them
they have special tool to remove them without damaging the alloy
make sure you have a new locking nut set at the time as they wont allow you to drive the car without a new set on

Cheers guys, that's really useful. My local Audi garage reckons they have a tool to get the old ones off too. Looking on ebay now for the replacements.
Will get some pics up of the car asap too...

We have a audi locking wheel nut key set .. All dealers should have them .. They will tell you which one you need . You can then get a new key from the parts department ..

I am very happy with having car serviced at MRC. And with their reputation I'm happy to have their stamps in the book too.
