would like to hear what 3"dp's sound like before i decide what route im taking with my exhaust/remap modification.

next time your down London way, pm me, ill show ya.

note, if considering the pipes with the remap to get the full potential also consider after market FMIC/SMIC as blasting around on the stock coolers will only cause them to heat up meaning the power wont be at its full potential.

What power increase will the 3' downpipes give?

I'm sure i read rhunter's? review, he fitted them and he lost alot of torque and wished he'd stayed with gutted down pipes?

exhuast note is slightly deeper on full chat. not that much drone either.

True low end torque is less, but I don't notice it TBH and timing is advanced which means more power :D

just realised i'd discussed it with him by PM. Noticed a later post saying doug had looked at it and he's now getting 460bhp and 518 lb/ft with 3" downpipes, de-cat and supersprint. Nice!

Rhunter's car must be bloody quick - i know hes considering upgrading to a fmic too
