brake rotor dimensions

I am going to upgrade the brakes on my B5 RS4. I am trying to determine the rotor dimension for the front and rear rotors on the B7 RS4.
I have searched through the brake upgrade threads on both the B5 & B7 forums and I'm unable to locate the dimensions. In the B5 sitcky it lists the rotor's OD (front) @ 360 mm and the (rear) @ 312 mm.
Stock B5 RS4 (F) 360x34(?) (R) 312x10(?)
Stock B7 RS4 (F) 362x34(?) (R) 324x10(?)
I am considering either the
B7 setup
AP Racing (F) 365x34mm (R) 343x(?)
Alcon setup (F) 370x32 (R) 310x28mm.
The AP Racing set is the same many already use. Does anyone have problems with the brake bias using the rear setup (4 piston caliper and 343 mm rotor)? The Alcon set has new rotors front and rear. The Alcon set uses new calipers in the front but the stock caliper in the rear. I have not found a thread discussing the Alcon setup. The Stasis web site indicates their kit will fit under the stock wheels (6 piston monoblock caliper and 370 mm rotor).
