RS4 For Sale Shortly...

Hi
As some of you will know I've been umming and arrr-ing about the possibility of having to sell my Avus RS4. Not through choice - I'm facing a £300/month pay cut from 1st May and I simply wont be able to cover certain bills, so I need to free up some cash...
I'm posting this here rather than in the For Sale Section, as I'm feeling people out as I'm looking to sell the car in June, not now. I'm needing an Avant for my trip to Le Mans which is 13th June, so will be looking to sell immediately after that.
My car's Specification:
89k miles
Bought it back in July 2009 with 84k miles
Avus / Hitech / Carbon
Bonnet re-sprayed in August 09 (stone chips)
One or two very minor scratches/chips visible on the bodywork, but nothing a good paint correction wouldn't sort out.
Some wear on driver’s (door side) bolster but nothing bad
Factory Tinted windows from the B-Pillar back
OEM B5 RS4 Alloys (Hard Type) – 2x Excellent & 2x Good Condition
10mm Hubcentric Wheel Spacers
Toyo Proxes T1-R Tyres – all very good tread left (c6mm)
Cambelt changed in Dec 09 (by MDM Technik)
Oil Service in Jan 10 (by MRC)
Camshaft check completed in Jan 10 (by MRC) – 1x cam changed with followers
Hotchkiss ARB set (fitted by MRC)
Scorpion Catback exhaust (fitted by MRC)
De-catted OEM DPs (fitted by MRC)
MRC Custom Map
MRC/ITG Air Filter c/w Airbox Mod (by MRC)
B7 RS4 Front Brakes c/w new pads – brackets have been machined so can accept RS6 discs if desired
Braided hoses to front brakes
OEM Rear Brakes
Health Check by MRC in July 09
1x New EGT Sensor in Aug 09 (by MRC)
2x New DVs in Aug 09 (by MRC)
1x New MAF in Aug 09 (by MRC)
2x New CV Boots (Both front wheels by MRC)
At the SRS Surrey Rolling Road managed 447bhp and 440ft lbs.
The car's been seen by many of the forum members on here and is in fine shape. It's had sensible mods done and well cared for during my ownership. I was intending on keeping it and add larger DPs and the FMIC I have sitting in the garage, to take it up towards 500bhp and leave at that, but to be honest it's plenty quick enough as it is. It was also shown in this month's Audi Driver Mag - that's got to add at least 10% the sale price hasn't it?!
It will be up at the MRC/SRS RR Day in April if anyone's interested in seeing it/going out for a wee test drive.
I'm looking for a forum member to buy it, not just because it's easier to do so, but I want someone to enjoy it and continue looking after it. I'm not interested in swapping the interior either before I get bombarded by PMs !
As it's in such good nick, with the right mods, I'll be looking for sensible offers, so please don't waste yours or my time by offering anything around £15k, as I wont be selling it that cheaply...
I'll be looking to stay with an Audi, and seeing as I've come to really enjoy the engine in particular I'll probably be looking to buy a reasonably well specced B5 S4. If you have an S4 with low miles and ideally not silver (would like something else for a change!) then PM me for maybe a PX with cash in my favour.
