Oil cooler pipes

I am looking to change the supply pipe and return line to the oil cooler.
Can anyone tell me how difficult a job is it, what needs to be removed to get to the pipes (bumper etc.) and how long would you expect it to take?
Also is there anything else that maybe worth doing / replacing at the same time?
Are these the correct part nos. 8D0 317 815 L -supply, 8D0 317 815 M - return?

Thanks Peter

i just had this done at MRC. defo bumper off job and would be worth having a bucket ready for when about a litre of oil pisses out. from my understanding if its badly corroded you might damage the thread on the oil cooler itself if you muck around with it too much. takes around 1hr to do if you know what your doing.

I looked at doing this myself, but figured like Juice I'd let MRC do it for me with the comfort of their ramp (up there on Thursday). I did remove the bumper for a temporary fix on the return line a couple of weekends ago. Now that I know what's involved I guess you could do it yourself on axle stands in a couple of hours. The biggest risk is as the lines are steel getting these off without damaging the alloy oil cooler fittings. Best way is to hack saw the old ones off gradually releasing the pressure of the old fitting until it slips off.
Here’s hoping I don’t have to go the MOCAL route… then again it’s an option for a FMIC.
