i just got my gearbox back as had a major repair £1700 worth !
any how has just arrived back to me with no oil in it and was wondering what every one else is using or recommends

car is about 450-470 bhp

£1700??? What the hell had happened to it?

Did you get some uprated parts fitted, ie: JHM?

new first and second gears and all new bearings seals and selector and other parts
