CAN YOU FIT WIDER REAR WHEELS/TYRES TO AN RS4 ???

As the title suggests can you fit wider rear wheels on an RS4 quattro if the rolling cirumference of the wheel and tyre were matched front to back ?

For example could you have deeper dished rear wheels on a quattro vehicle or will it dammage the drive system ?
