my RS4 headlight is aging on its surface, it seems to me there is condensation build up in the inner part of the headlight. Is there any way to recondition it? if not, how about replacement? anyway I can get them at reasonable price?

You can use wet and dry to sand out the worst of the stone chips, then polish the light using something like Meguiars Plast-RX on a medium cut pad.
