Will a duff lamda give me less power?? Was at MRC on Thursday and the front lamda was knackered. Wasn't sure whether my RR results would be higher if the lamda was changed.

Yes it would. The ECU would alter fuelling to try to compensate for the dodgy reading being read by the lambda sensor.
