aquamist system

Just fitted a new battery and noticed a wire had come adrift. On inspection i traced it back to the aquamist system. I connected it and tonight i noticed on hard acceleration a blue light appears on the dash. Is this an indication that the system is working? if so what is the green light for next to it?
