Cheers Paul
Yeah the misses also loves the wheels and at the same time hate them
She is paranoid she is going to kerb them due to the stretch on the tyres.I just keep threatening to fit them to the rs4

Yeah maybe i should get a life
It keeps me out of trouble, apart from last night when i got pulled
for the number plate, and got a £60 fine, maybe my attitude didn't help when they started to use the bonnet to lean on to write the ticket
Proper kicked off

Looks very smart.
Just got my Mrs one a 2.0t quattro though it dont look as smart as yours.... mind you nor will it cuz it would be wasted on it..
I swear she wouldn't notice if i took a wheel off let alone added new ones... Just need to sell the old A3 now..

Very nice Jules, get some pics up of the interior
Why did you get pulled for the plate? Spacing etc?
I got a set of pressed plates which I managed to get for free, but not sure if I should put them on and risk the aggro from the coppers, i've not been pulled for my spacing on my plate in the 4-5 years, touch wood!

Yeah got done as there was no space between numbers ending and letters starting, got away with my plates for years so can't complain......to much
Loving the car, infact some things are better than the rs4,except perfomance obviously and i love the way it looks but it catches ALOT on the front end

Cheers everyone for the good feedback, still a few bits to do,a bit of paint work needs sorting and a different back bumper and diffuser, then not sure

I don't want to over do it.
Stumpy....i know what you mean about bentleys and audi's but i do think they suit the a3 as you mention and Virdee had some on his noggy rs4 that i also thought looked great but some people wern't so keen on.
Dr Jones, good fleet of cars you have there,as you say my misses is pretty much the same,i sold her old car without telling her and got the a3 for her. When i told her to come and look at her new car,she said it wasn't her new car is was another toy for me to throw money at......Not much i could say really
