Sounds like cam chain tensioner to me but then I wouldn't say that method of recording sounds was ideal.

Sounds Exactly like mine did and after checking every cam lobe lobe was perfect, i did check the cam chains and they were fine too, remember theres 30 valves moving, 30 valve springs moving, 4 cam shafts turning, 30 hydraulic tappets, how quiet can they make them? it is a supercar!!!! you heard a porsche 996 turbo idling?? sounds like someone dumped some nuts in the oil filler!

I couldnt hear anything when mine were worn as well.
I think the only definitive check is visual.
