Yep I know this has been discussed many times before however, with all the new members I thought I’d kick of a new thread because sooner or later we all gravitate towards wanting more power!!!
So suggestions please because extra BHP is now needed.........

Speak to Musty and buy his exhaust, then speak to Doug at MRC to do the rest !!
Oh and don't forget your wallet...

Took mine to MRC for a Miltek cat-back, gutted pre-cats and custom remap. I also had a new clutch, H&R anti-roll bars and Tanoga short shift fitted... Gave my wallet a hard time but I now have 450-460bhp which is awesome. Throttle response has improved and it's more tractable at lower revs. Would highly recommend the mods - as said before, it's like night and day compared to a standard car and how it should have been from the factory. Oh, and I get slightly better fuel economy

Ask Doug for the MAF reading, taken when he did the map. I thought it'd be 450-460, but the MAF he say more...!!

hi mate, i know its irrelevant, but whats the mileage on your car? (as you've replaced the clutch - just wondering at what mileage)

60k. The clutch felt fine but the extra power exposed a bit of slippage so it was changed. Clutch pedal is much lighter now which is good - especially for the wife!

good idea, I'll get in touch - I never actually got to meet Doug though I think he road tested my car. I only dealt with Lucas

when we took the MAF reading from my car prior to the map it showed it having 410BHP, obviously this isn't 100% accurate. after remap estimating the car to have between 450/460BHP and 510NM.
