Electric window motor

My drivers window got stuck in the open position today - not ideal!

Popped into the local dealership who temporarily fixed it, so I can at least leave locked up nice and secure. However, they stated it needed a new motor.

And all for just £300 fitted, thank you very much sir...

Anyone come across this before?
Where's best to source one?

It's no more expensive for an RS than a 1.8 20v SE
The motor is around £180 and a generous 1hr labour = £300
I've repaired motors on A3 and TT recently, they are really easy to remove and refit and doubt A4 is harder
All I have done is strip motor down to the brushes, clean up with Scotchbrite pad, reassemble and they have been fine since (weeks later).

£300 would be about right then.
Labour's gotta be approaching £100 + dreaded...
