well two weeks ago doug map'd my car and i was very happy with the results, then the annual lads weekend at usc santa pod came about this weekend.
I paid my £20 and line'd up expecting a good run. well i was blown away when after the first run and a gentle 3.5thou launch i got a 13.6 then another, so then i roll up against an M6 so i changed tack a little and up'd the revs for launch to 5thou, i lost by .4 of a second with a 13.4, right then lets go again, line up hold the revs 6thou side step the clutch and were off, 1st leaving him behind 2nd holding him just 3rd he's coming back over the line, DAMN, he beat me again but by .1sec i got a 13.1 at 105mph only .1 over my own p.b in the old gtr running scramble'd boost at approx 30psi
so again doug thanks for transforming my car.

you only live once, so you may aswell give it your best shot. these car were designed and built to be used not pampered. just a few of the things i was telling myself, and to be honest i'm right. the car feels as tight as it was when i went down there so i think the clutch can handle a few launchs. conditions were perfect for 4wd to be honest, just a little damp so you got some spin of the line, even the scoobys and evos wern't bogging down which was a good sign.
i think with good suspension it could get lower as the front of the car is shifting a whole lot before it sets off and inbetween shifts there is loads of bounce on the standard set up.
