How Rare is Piano Finish interior ?

it looks the dogs b****

afaik quite rare. More have carbon trim

have it in my C6 RS6 .. IMHO looks great with the "silver" interior

Makes the interior look bland imo and the carbon trim really seems to liven it all up imo.

Each to their own though.

available from your dealer.

we recently replaced the bit around the gear stick and the bit incorporating the hazzard lights.

I like mine.

Can't see the point of carbon fibre - if you want to make something light, if it's not needed just remove it.

i was initially wanting to remove my carbon fibre for piano however, its grown on me and i must say feels right in the car. its in keeping with the cars sporting intentions.....

Exactly, it's nothing to do with weight reduction, these are no lightweight racer, it's the look of the chequering that I like and people comment on the look of the trim all the time. I just think the Piano is like another black bit of leather on there that is shiny and it just doesn't do anything to accentuate the sportiness of the interior.. the missus likes it too and being an interior designer I tend to value here opinions on Feng Shui than some forum members :D

Had the aluminium finish in the S4 and that looked good against the black interior.
