Just got quoted £201.55 + vat each !!!

Is there an alternative that fits on without mods?

No alternative I know of if you want to keep the same calipers, however best deal I found was through these guys (did me a pair GENUINE £325 inc VAT)

Part Nos. 08D0615602 & 08D0615601E They are handed Left & Right.

Give them a call or try getting them through a VW dealer.

I got a set recently from the dealer (shock , horror) and I got them for £160 each + vat. which was £40 less than the cheapest I was quoted everywhere else!
