Milltek Cat Back

Folks, I got a cat back Milltek fitted at the start of April. Very pleased with it but the problem I have is the thing is banging off under the car and its starting to drive me potty. On top of that the heatshields are getting in the way also. I have had the car looked at 3 times and everytime the heatshield rattle (sounds like something are loose underneath whhen driving) goes away for about a day and then returns. I assume this is due to the build of heat and the metal goes back to its original shape.
Have other people had this problem and if so how did they fix it? New heatshields.
I am assuming the exhaust might have to be unbolted and fixed on again.

Ps all 3 people who have looked at have based their fix on the car on a ramp and have not test driven it.
