right a few weeks ago i took my car to quatronics to have a health check and sort a couple of niggleing problems like an oil leak and idle problem. ive done about 500miles since and the oil leak is back with avengence and so to is the idle problem although i was advised that the lamba's would need changing soon and i havn't done them yet as i've had other things on my mind (namely the arrival of my little baby daughter two weeks early), so thequestion is do i have the right to say i want my money back as the service provided hasn't worked or should i give it up as a mistake and take it to someone more reputable. eg grizz or doug.
before anyone say's why quatronics, they are very local to me and i believe in giving every one a chance, they've had there's and unfortunatly failed.

Firstly, they probably wouldn't return your money, instead offer to look at it again.
Secondly, I think you've summed up what you wish to do in your last sentence...

P.S. Congrats on the arrival!

Well I'd definitely take it back, and see what they have to say.

At the end of the day, especially the oil leak, they should have cured.....fair enough the idle might well be caused by something else.

If all else fails, then as you say, take it to one of the above

mbelle thanks, she's a bit of a shock to the system. and i think i just need'd to vent some frustration, not fun arriving to pick up the wife and child and having someone tell you your cars on fire (it wasn't just oil vapour coming from inside the engine bay).

virdee i agree i need to take it back. but what with the last few days and the next week looking after my family will take priority. that and i'm not to good at putting my point accross face to face, i normally get alll stammery and forget what i want to say or just flip my lid, and my mouth runs off, neither of wich is productive.

Simon, This being the first time you have mentioned any issue. We have tried to call your mobile number (left a message) as soon as I saw this thread, sent you a PM and emailed.
So hopefully one method of contact will get through.
Obviously if there is an issue then we will rectify the problem.
Contact us ASAP and we will get you sorted and leak free again.

corey thanks for your reply, i don't wish you or your company any bad feelings i'm just very tired at the moment and need'd to vent some frustrations my phone is understandably on silent and so i havn't noticed it, i will contact you as soon as i get my head together and can get some time. in hind sight i was looking for advice on what was the best way for me to deal with it and should of contacted you first and not named you in the post, hopefully we will be able to sort something but as you can understand i am a little unsure of what to do as the cars i have owned before i have work on myself as you know, but don't yet know this type of car/engine well enough. and i only normaly give people one chance at my car as i don't like problem reoccuring or worse as i told you about my old scooby.
