Hi,

I am going on a road trip this summer and am looking for the european disk for my rs4 b5 sat nav. Does anyone know where i can get hold of copy of the european map?

Also, does anyone know if there is an upgrade disk for the uk map?

Thanks for your help,

Will.

2008 are the last UK maps Audi are supplying for the RNS-D IIRC (told that the last time I visited).
Not sure about the Euro maps...

However, any TravelPilot DX disc should be compatible... it's just finding a reseller who'll sell you them i.e. DO NOT mention you have an Audi - if you do, they'll point you in the direction of your nearest Audi dealer @ ~£30 more than the reseller.

I bought the 2008/2009 UK/Ireland disc from this site as Audi wanted £150 + VAT for the 2007/2008 disc.

You can also get European maps at this site

I think the RNS-C is the version without the screen i.e. only give directions in the DIS.

In terms of the discs (if they are different) I'm not sure...

No, The RNS-D is CD based where as the RNS-E is DVD
