Sagging Door

I have a sagging drivers door.
When I tighten the grub screw on the top hinge it seems to fix it most of the way. Problem is the grub screw comes loose again rather quickly.

All other doors are perfect and their grub screws are tight. If anyone is able to shed light on the matter it would appreciated? Is there some way the hinge can be serviced/repaired, and if so what is involved?? Is it simply a matter of replacing the grub screw??!!

Can you not put some threadlock on the grub screw?

Thread lock could reduce the frequency of this coming loose, but I fear its only a 'band-aid' solution.

It would be good to understand what makes this one loosen while the other three stay tight without sag in the doors. :?

Err the most used door on the car is why it wears first at a guess,Loctite thread lock should lock the screw in but make sure you de grease the threads for it to take properly
