Can it be done?

Anyone know of a tow bar being fitted to a B5? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes it can I have one fitted to mine,its a westfalia removable unit,do a search on here for more details as others have asked the same before,mine was already fitted when I purchased the car.

I have a genuine audi one, from a normal a4 i think. removable with electrics, all hidden, you can only see it from under the car

That will be a Westfalia one. have one on my S4.
In the Westfalia application list it will be for all B5 A4 Avant Quattro except RS4.
Apparently Audi didn't approve fitment of towbars on an RS4 - believed to be due to cooling. The bar will fit according to others on the site here.

i have one on my B5 RS4, will sell it if you need it, its an audi one.

The car will run too hot , Or is it the extra strain on the gear box ....
