Hi-Tech leather vs. Full leather

Which do you think would be worth more, and how easy or difficult is it to remove and replace all seats?
Only, I have full black leather and think I may prefer the Hi-Tech leather.
So, if there was any interest (and for the right interior obviously, and vice versa for the other party) I was thinking about swaping my seats with another member who perhaps has Hi-Tech but prefers full leather??
Just a thought at this stage…

Would have thought the Hi-tech would be worth a bit more as it's harder wearing, better for fast driving and a lot more rare.
It's really easy to swap all the seats out. You could have the lot done in under an hour.

Lovely seats there!
I'd just prefer non-fixed backrest though.
