I'd want to see the report from the last service as it's not unusual for a people to off load cars after Audi have told them they need to spend £5k to put things right.
Does look good value though the dealer only has 5 cars for sale and all the others are £7990 so unless he'd struck lucky I'd be careful.

I did contact the seller a few weeks ago about this car.
It was originally advertised at £18995.
Serviced on 'Longlife' schedule.
I left a message on the sellers answerphone, and sent an email, saying that I would like to have the car inspected by Unit 20. They are not far from the seller.
I never received any response...
