Are those Sportec grilles, or DIY jobbies?

Looks great - the thing that sells it for me is the grills - so if you could also supply them it makes it all the more interesting!
What %-age power gain do you estimate? (I have an MTM st3 showing 471bhp at present)
My only real reservation is.....do I lose anything more than the front fogs going this route? As in, on the website it mentions removal of A/C fan - I'm assuming therefore that I lose A/C altogether? (If so that's a showstopper for me

Avus B5 RS4 with St.3 MTM
You won't lose your A/C. Just the fan.....

What sort of figures are we looking at as i already have a milltek cat back res system, and am really interested in this mod. I need to book my car in for a cam belt change in a a couple of months, so whilst the bumper is off it seems practical to have the front mount intercooler fitted at the same time !!!
I guess i will need an MRC custom map as well ?
Cheers
