Well it won't match your requirements directly as you want a pre march 2001 motor and they are few and far between with that sort of mileage.

April 2001 Y reg 54k, Sunroof, bluetooth, MRC custom remap, full leather, FASH etc.....

Not looking to sell but if the offer was right might consider.
