Is there any problems when replacing the battery, and which is the best brand to buy/price? Is it a 340/70 thats required?

Has a Exide in at the moment, but suddenly lost all charge [ the car has been left open in the garage ]

any held/advise appreciated.

The higher the CCA (cold cranking amps) the better. Can you check the voltage on the battery, should indicate if you have drain or a knacked cell in the battery... May be able to re charge battery rather than buy one.
