The Airbag ECU is dead.. I think i need a replacement and they are not cheap. May i know where should i buy my replacement parts from for better deals?

What junk yard websites in Europe, in which I could find some wrecked RS4s

I've been meaning to ask - my AIR BAG warning light came on several times the other day whilst out in the car - each time it went off after a while, but eventually came on again - I'm assuming there's a fault, but is it a common one and an easy fix does anyone know?


Also - whilst on the subject of parts.......my neighbours youngest kid is SO fking clumsy....and sure enough, I let him ride in front seat of the car on the way back from the cinema the other day and he caught his shoelace on the -RS4- logo aluminium door trim and bent it to absolute hell.... I'm assuming a dealer is my only option really (I checked that vagparts website already) and it wont be cheap, but worth asking the collective brain here I suppose

The sill trim, is apparently in 2 pieces now unlike you original one which will be a one piece strip. Not cheap from what I hear!

Airbag light needs to be VAG-COM'd for proper diagnosis. Could be the connector on either of the front seats for the side airbags....thats the only common thing I know for the B5
