Ok guys, time to put your cocks on the blocks.
This event,
http://www.rs246.com/index.php?name=PNp ... ic&t=68083
welcomed by many as a step in the right direction for RS246, is about to die on it's ARSE because we haven't got the numbers

Meant to be a fun day out for all S & RS drivers with a bit of everything - without the formality of a normal trackday, coz it's us running it
I've pm'ed many of you on the current list of interested 'yet to email MarkB', and some replies received (thanks guys

) but not that many.
It's your choice........
The alternative is that it dies now, or goes ahead as 'part' Audi/part t'other which will no doubt decrease the already piss-poor numbers as it won't be an Audi only event.
What do WE do guys?
Cheers,
Andiroo
Btw I've posted this everywhere, so Crew please delete as you guys see appropriate

Fully paid up and well up for it. I notice that there was initial interest over on the S2 Forum, with a few signing up, but there's been no further posts on the thread for over a month.
@ Mark, I see you posted before, might be worth you just revisiting it and trying to drum up some numbers.

Good idea Jarv
Plus please remember this is NOT a trackday as such, even thought there is the option to participate in the track time in the afternoon - it is more performance driving orientated IMHO, particularly with sprint and top speed events on the morning, and the autotest and acceleration / qtr mile in the afternoon. Any participant could have a vitual full day and NOT participate in the track time if they so wish, so it will not be hard on your car at all
Cheers,
Andiroo

Dear all,
We would like to thank everyone who has signed up for RS246 Live. We firmly believe that RS246 Live is a unique event run for enthusiasts, by enthusiasts.
We have now reached the point where it is no longer realistic to nudge potential attendees in the right direction and hope. The simple fact is that we do not have the numbers as of today and that needs to change quickly to make the event happen.
Right now, we have 32 confirmed & we need to have 50 people confirmed & paid by 5pm on Friday 14th March and a further 10 by Friday 9th May.
Non forum members / other brands are welcome, but they must be invited by a forum member.
Please support us if you can.
Thank you
RS246 Crew

They need to be 'trusted' so people from the forum or friends of forum members matey. We don't want this to be a 'public' event.
Thanks for your support
