I use KY on my 'tranny' :-)

Being serious, I think the recommendation is Motul Gear 300 or Millers CRX.

My recommendation would be to stick to OEM. I've tried Motul & silkolene on both the S & RS and they both were a pig to get into first when cold.

I have now Motul 300, and in winter if it's -15 degrees or more, the first and second gear is very difficult to get in. Of course when the oils are warm, then it works better but not perfect. I'll try next Red Line MT-90, many guys here are using it and they say that it makes a difference.

OKKIM put 2L MT-90 and 1L Shockproof lightweigt. It`s better to use that mixup.

And install that JHM shifter and linkage bushing that you have at home.

It`s awesome. I installed mine.

Is Audi the only place to get OEM gearbox oil?
