Blown turbos - how much

The RAC man that rescued me yesterday says that I have blown one or both turbos.
Anyone had these replaced? How much ?
This is the last thing I need.

theres some on ebay at the mo with 5 days to run, no reserve...

I'll be selling some refurbed ones in a few weeks (when they are back from the refurb company) if you are interested.
It may have been a woman that said it originally, but labour hurts! You're looking at an engine pull, and it's not cheap. Add the fluids, etc. and you won't be seeing change back from £3k!

I'll also point out that I had to pay £1050 to refurb mine which were in better condition than the ones being sold on eBay.

Make sure it is 100 % turbo problem first !!!!!!!!!!!

regardless if one has blown as they are replaced in PAIRS!!
