ok, tyres, suggestions?
got pirelli p zero rosso's and they are balding fast, everyone seemes to like every tire out there so getting bit anoyed with all the yes men.

as i see it choices are

yokohama advan sports
pirelli's again
brigestone re50's
toyo proxes t1-r
michelin pilot sport ps2's

cost is an issue of course!

Try Costco - often have deals on Michelin Ps2's :beerchug:

Yep, Costco usually do a 25% off deal in Jan\Feb when buying 4 tyres.

However there prices for Michelin tyres are often the cheapest anyway.

Dunlop SP Sport 9000 - an OE make (not necessarily on RS4) and chosen by one of the 3 tuners in the German article in the downloads section (MTM I think)
£122.50 each inc VAT I paid.
Everything else inc even Toyos was quite a bit more.

Great article in this month's Audi Driver on the new Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta.

They are rated very highly. No prices though!

Lots has been said on this in the past with the general consensus being the that the PS2's are the most expensive for a reason, they are also the best and seem to suit the RS4 pretty well. In my opinion they're the best I've used but read the past threads, there are lots of opinions.

Great deals on www.mytyres.co.uk Delivery and VAT included. Add £15 per boot for fitting in almost stations. Better than costco, quick-fit....... :wink:

That is always the reason for buying AD, one, and at a push two articles. The rest, IMHO, is second rate and dull.

Cant see past these myself second set iv'e had on the car had perelli Pzeros first <beep>! center wear at tramlined like the devil second had goodyears then hankooks ok but bit noisy then back to goodyears as dace said great all rounder, will be putting them on the B7 when i get one next year
