the guy selling it is a total shark. The car has had major major engine work by some back street manchester garage after one of the cambelts snapped amongst other things. Do not touch!!

Andy, what experience have you had of the seller? Seems like he's a country mile off on his price - Audi are offering a similar car (but with less miles) for £500 less!

basically bought a car off the guy that needed some minor work carrying out to it. I agreed to get this done at a later date and since then hes just blanking my mobile number, more of annoyance then anything. I asked him about this audi at the time and apparently its had the timing belt let go on it. He was then going on about how he managed to get it sorted out dirt cheap by some backstreet garage he uses. basically the guys a scrote and i dont think the repair works been carried out to the standard you would expect by people you would trust.

it is the one up for 25995 and i thought he was a bit off the mark with the price as well

Cheers, where is his business based from (which area of Cheshire)? I went to see an RS6 in Cheshire and I walked away because I knew I couldn't trust the seller + he made me wait 2 hours even though I made an appointment ... bar steward!

Widnes, so maybe not the same person - sole trader, no premises (didn't know that until I got there)

send him as many emails as you like. Ive already got one of my friends to get his hopes up by getting him to come and meet him for a viewing tonight. I dont think my friend will show though

you could always get some one to show up with vag-com and watch his face ............ who know's what it might have to show, a true enthuiast would want to check it out.
