All been covered and flogged to death, do a search in either the 'For Sale' section or if you need info and what to look for, try the sticky in the RS4 section at the top of the forum.

Cloth never lasts better than leather - let alone the looks! Leather doesnt bobble! Particularly leather tha has had lovely Autoglym cream massaged in slowly and regularly like on mine

I have leather in my S4 and hi-tech in my RS4 - I prefer the hi-tech because it's more comfortable in the winter. The only thing that bothers me about hi-tech is the plastic center arm rest cover. On my S$ that is in leather also.
BTW - a low mileage example is not necessarily the best value. I consider my car low mileage, however I just spent a small fortune on brakes (all way round), timing belt (done a little early) and a couple of other small things and that doesn't even count the items repaired/replaced under warranty. Make sure you do a thorough pre purchase inspection and check the maintenance condition of the high cost items (like brakes and tires).

Diesel = torque AND economy and Audi are banging out some of the finest diesel units around IMO
