lightweight flywheels

so i need to get a new clutch and have decided to get the oem parts, however the oem flywheel is unbelievably expensive.
i know a few people on these forums who have opted for the tanoga flywheel and the spec flywheel and have said that there isnt any real problems with it.
however, i have heard that there may be clatter noise from any aftermarket clutch part. does the lighter flywheel make this problem occur?
thanks
will

The Tanoga flywheel does seem to have caused the gearbox to rattle a little... Only really noticable at low revs, i.e. 30 mph in 5th or 6th.
The gain on acceleration does seem worth it.

Tanoga flywheel is the one that I fitted to my car along with RS4 clutch. only rattles from under 2k.

so everytime you need to replace the clutch you have to replace the flywheel?
this seemed like the case when i spoke to the local dealer here. i wasn't too impressed with that.
it's not a ferrari.

No, no...you shouldn't need to replace the flywheel....
People only tend to do it for performance reasons....albeit with the slight drawbacks they have mentioned...

I've heard of TS tuning. He's a guy who tuned Eduard Pogea's RS2 from the
www.rs-zwei.com website. I can't find his website anymore. ;-(
Have you got a contact please? Cheers

Standard accelarate the rs4 already fast, so its becomes a fraction faster.

how does this clutch perform?
does it feel like oem or like the on/off mtm one? and does it squeak like the mtm one?
