I recently imported my RS4 from the U.K. to Australia and there were only 2 modifications I need to make to the car. Firstly the driver side mirror needed to be completely flat, and secondly 3 child seat anchors needed to be fitted. According to Audi Australia (and a couple of the guys on ozaudi.com) the anchors are bolted to screw holes in the centre of the back each of the 3 rear seats. However, no-one at Audi could tell me whether the screw holes would have been bored on the UK models (likewise the N.Z. models, I imagine) or provide me a schematic showing us exactly where to cut the rear a upholstery. So in the end we gave up and fitted the bolts to the chassis interior, just below the rear door. Eventually I will refit them to the correct locations - so I’m curious to see how you go….
(I can e-mail you what little I received from Audi if you want.)
