Are the brake pads of the RS6 C5 the same as the RS4B7?

They are the same size/shape and are interchangeable between the 2 calipers, but the RS6 pads are harder than the RS4 ones.

You may also want to consider the JHM lightweight brakes, they have a very good rep and are well priced.

Hello guys,

I don´t know if everybody know its, but the same type of floating disk that we have in the RS4 B5 is the same as the one in the R8, if this type of disk better, why change the original for the one they used in RS4 B7 beside the size that is 360 mm vs. 365mm

Best Regards

Part number of both front rotors (disks) of the RS4 B8 are 8TO 615 301

The question will be, will it work (plug and play) just like the B7 rotors?

The Audi RS6 C5 have different offset on the rotor to the B5 Audi, so the only ones I know you can used with the same offset are the RS4 B7

I´m trying to find out, if we can used the ones from the Audi R8 V8 the 365 x 34mm

After many years and miles on my car is been a while since I post something in this forum.

Well is time to change the front rotors on my RS4 B5. I don´t know if I replace it wih the same set up that I have right now (RS4 B7 rotors and calipers), or will it be better to fit them, with R8 rotors

Has anybody tried the B7 calipers, on R8 or RS5 / RS4 rotor 365x34mm
