Upsolute power chip

Has anybody tried this chip. The price is amazingly cheap, and they even have a device/power switch that can put your ECU back to stock with a press of a button. They claim 40Hp power gain, for 400,o euros plus 150,0 euros for the power switch.
Have seen many Porsche 996 Turbo owners on 6speed.com who tried this chip with good results. Any feedback from this tuner? Are these guys cloning other tuners chip and put their name on it
